Little Miss at 8.5 months crawling up the stairs! Oy!
Trying to get to the kitty!
And as soon as she does, the kitty runs away!
Needless to say the kitty isn't very friendly!
And yes I know I already have a gate, but now we need one at the top and bottom. We also need to bolt the top one to the wall. Not supposed to use pressure gates at the top of stairs. Oops!
When did your little ones start crawling up the stairs?
Did they have any major falls?

My twins were probably 10 or 11 months; but they were 2 months early and milestones were delayed. Piper, who is 9.5 months, has been crawling up stairs for about a month.
She is getting to be such a big girl! She'll be walking before you know it. She definitely seems determined! Love you Sweet Thing!
Thought i would post here too. My little man started going up stairs around 7 months and I said the same things about gates, etc. He is now 9 months old and I still don't have a single gate - and all hardwood stairs and floors -ouch. But he is surviving i only let him do the set of 3 stairs without me behind him and if he goes up the main stairs i am always there with him. If he is at the top of the stairs I never take my eyes off him and he at least pauses at them so he doesn't topple down before I get there and help him.
Oh my the fun has started. We don't have any stairs where we live now, so that's one problem I don't have to worry about. My little one climbs anything in site though, and I constantly have to lift him down from the sofa table, which he thinks is his personal dance stage.
